The vegetables and sauce ingredients go right into a single pot to simmer on the Traeger while the chicken cooks alongside on the grill for some wood-fired flavor. The fish sauce, available in most supermarkets, can be omitted, but if you have it use it: It adds a welcome salty-savory (not fishy) flavor.
Shrimp and Broccoli Sheet Pan Supper

When you are in the mood for stir-fry flavors but not for the actual act of stir frying, try this simple sheet pan version. The butter may seem an unusual addition, but it adds a bit of welcome richness. Make the dish even easier by buying shrimp already peeled and deveined. Serve with rice, if desired.
Flat Top Pork Fried Rice
Forget takeout. Delicious fried rice is easy (and fun!) to make right on your flat top. Day-old refrigerated cooked rice makes the best fried rice because the individual grains have dried out and won’t clump. However, a shortcut would be to buy microwaveable jasmine rice, skip the microwaving and add it to the cooktop straight out of the bag. In our tests, this worked amazingly well. A ham steak works great in the fried rice, but for even more flavor, look for our Char Siu recipe and use that instead.
