Yes, you can use a 9 volt battery to power the ignitors. However, it won’t power the flame or fuel sensors.
No, use liquid propane only.
Your Flatrock™ is not pre-seasoned and will need to be seasoned before use.
Grease and other food waste is channeled into the large EZ-Clean™ Grease Keg below the Flatrock™. For easy cleanup, use a Grease Keg liner.
No, you can ignite as many burners as you’d like. Each burner can be set to a different temperature with TruZone™ technology.
