2 Pound thick-cut bacon
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
8 Slices Texas toast
2 heads butter lettuce
3 heirloom tomatoes, sliced

    When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 350°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

    Place the bacon slices directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook until crispy, 15-20 minutes.

    Remove the bacon from the grill. To build the sandwich, spread mayonnaise on one side of the toast. Layer lettuce leaves, tomatoes, bacon, and top with another piece of toast. Enjoy!
