While very popular on steak this vibrant and brightly flavored fresh herb sauce tastes great with just about most grilled or smoked fare. Try it on chicken, potatoes, salmon, and more.

1 Cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
1/2 Cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
4 Clove garlic
1 1/2 Teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 Teaspoon ground cumin
1 Teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 Teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Steps

    Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend. Alternatively, mince the herbs and the garlic and whisk with the remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
