This Deep Dish Supreme Pizza is loaded with pepperoni, sausage, onions, and peppers, topped with mozzarella cheese and baked in a cast iron skillet on the grill.

As Needed extra-virgin olive oil
10 Ounce pizza dough
1/2 Cup pizza sauce
Pound Mild Italian Sausage
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1 Small diced yellow onion
1/4 Cup mushrooms, sliced
2 Ounce Pepperoni, sliced
2 Tablespoon black olives, sliced
2 Cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tablespoon fresh oregano leaves
1 Tablespoon fresh basil leaves

    When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 450˚F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal results, set to 450° if available.

    Coat a 10-inch or 12-inch cast iron pan with extra virgin olive oil. Add the dough to the pan and press out through the bottom and up around the sides.

    Assemble the pizza. Spread the sauce on top of the dough, and add the sausage, peppers, onions, mushrooms, pepperoni, and olives. Add mozzarella and freshly grated parmesan on top, and sprinkle with oregano and basil.

    • 1/2 Cup pizza sauce

    • Pound Mild Italian Sausage

    • 1/2  green bell pepper, diced

    • 1/2  red bell pepper, diced

    • 1 Small diced yellow onion

    • 1/4 Cup mushrooms, sliced

    • 2 Ounce Pepperoni, sliced

    • 2 Tablespoon black olives, sliced

    • 2 Cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

    •  Fresh grated Parmesan cheese

    • 1 Tablespoon fresh oregano leaves

    • 1 Tablespoon fresh basil leaves

    Place the cast iron directly on the grill grates, close the lid, and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and cheese and sauce are bubbling.

    Remove the pizza from the grill and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
