  • 1/2 Cup hot sauce

  • 8 ears fresh sweet corn

  • celery salt

  • 1 Cup finely crumbled blue cheese

    When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 400°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

    In a small oven-proof saucepan, add the butter and hot sauce. Place the pan on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook until the butter is melted. Whisk to combine. Set aside, and keep warm.

    Place the corn directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and roast, turning as needed with tongs, until the corn is lightly browned in patches, 3-5 minutes per side.

    Remove the corn from the grill and transfer the corn to a disposable foil pan, rimmed baking sheet, or platter.

    Brush the corn on all sides with the butter and hot sauce mixture. Sprinkle lightly with celery salt, then top with crumbled blue cheese. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
