Units of Measurement:
3 Cup all-purpose flour
2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoon Sugar
4 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 Cup water
1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
1 Tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1 Tablespoon dried garlic
1 Tablespoon dried onions
2 Teaspoon coarse salt

  • 1

When ready to cook, set temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

    450 ˚F / 232 ˚C

  • 2

Mix together flour, sugar, and salt.

  • 3

Add the oil and water to form a soft sticky dough. If there is still flour in the bottom of the bowl add a little bit of water until all the flour is incorporated.

  • 4

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and roll out to 1/8” thick. If the dough begins to shrink back as you are rolling, cover the dough and let rest for 5 minutes then roll again.

  • 5

Mix the remaining seasonings together in a small bowl.

  • 6

Brush the dough with a little bit of water and sprinkle the seasoning over the cracker dough.

  • 7

Cut the crackers into squares and transfer them to a parchment lined baking sheet leaving space between each cracker.

  • 8

Place baking sheet on the grill grate and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the edges have begun to brown and the crackers are crisp. Serve with meat and cheese. Enjoy!
