A drink so rich, it could double as dessert. Smoked nutmeg, pumpkin puree, smoked syrup and a little bourbon make for the perfect cold weather pour.

Ingredients

- whole nutmeg
- 2 Ounce
- Michter’s Bourbon
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon
- pumpkin puree
- 1/2 Ounce
- smoked simple syrup (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 Large
- egg

Steps
- Step 1 - Smoked nutmeg: When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available. - 180 ˚F / 82 ˚C - Super Smoke 
- Step 2 - Place whole nutmeg on a sheet tray and place in the grill. Smoke 1 hour. Remove from grill and let cool. - 01:00 - Super Smoke - Ingredients- 1 whole nutmeg 
 
- Step 3 - Add everything to a shaker and shake without ice. Add ice, then shake and strain into a chilled highball glass. - Ingredients- 2 Ounce Michter’s Bourbon 
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon pumpkin puree 
- 1/2 Ounce smoked simple syrup (homemade or store-bought) 
- 1 Large egg 
 
- Step 4 - Garnish with grated, smoked nutmeg. Enjoy!
