Toss those broccoli trees in fresh lemon, herbs, & parmesan for a refreshing summer side dish. Robust hardwood smoke makes grilled vegetables taste amazing.

  • 6 Cup fresh broccoli, cut into bite sized chunks

  • 2 Tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 Clove garlic, minced

  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper

  • 1/4 Cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Place broccoli in a large resealable bag.

    • 6 Cup fresh broccoli, cut into bite sized chunks

    Combine lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt and pepper then drizzle over broccoli and toss to coat. Let stand for 30 minutes.

    When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 375°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

    Place the broccoli in a grilling basket or on a sheet tray to prevent the broccoli from sticking or falling through the grate. Grill for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp but tender. Remove and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
