  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast

  • Traeger Chicken Rub

  • 1/2 Pound new potatoes, quartered

  • 8 Ounce cremini mushrooms, cleaned and quartered

  • salt and pepper

  • 1/2 Pound green beans, ends trimmed

  • 1 Medium lemon, cut into 3/4 inch slices

    When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 400°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

    Season chicken breast with salt, pepper and Traeger Chicken Rub. Place the potatoes, mushrooms and chicken in the middle of a large sheet of foil, season with more salt and pepper as needed, and wrap up tightly.

    • To Taste Traeger Chicken Rub

    • 1/2 Pound new potatoes, quartered

    • 8 Ounce cremini mushrooms, cleaned and quartered

    • To Taste salt and pepper

    Place foil pack directly on the grill grate and cook for 15 minutes.

    400 ˚F

    Open up the foil pack and add green beans, lemon and additional salt and pepper, if needed. Wrap back up and return to the Traeger for an additional 10 minutes.

    • 1/2 Pound green beans, ends trimmed

    • 1 Medium lemon, cut into 3/4 inch slices

    Remove from the Traeger, open packet and enjoy!
