Settle into spring with this smokin' twist on tea. Vodka, smoked tea, lemonade, Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup and fresh garnishes are mixed for the perfect refresher in a glass.

1 1/2 Ounce | vodka |
3 Ounce | lapsang souchong (smoked tea) |
1 1/2 Ounce | lemonade |
1/2 Ounce | smoked simple syrup (homemade or store-bought) |
1 Sprig | fresh mint, for garnish |
fresh edible flowers, for garnish |

Step 1
When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 500°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Step 2
For the grilled lemon garnish: Coat lemon slices with sugar and put directly on the grill grate. Caramelize lemons until golden, about 15 to 20 minutes.

For the cocktail: Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake and strain over clean ice.
