Settle into spring with this smokin' twist on tea. Vodka, smoked tea, lemonade, Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup and fresh garnishes are mixed for the perfect refresher in a glass.

6 Ounce | lapsang souchong (smoked tea) |
3 Ounce | lemonade |
1 Ounce | Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup |

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 500°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

For the grilled lemon garnish: Coat lemon slices with sugar and put directly on the grill grate. Caramelize lemons until golden, about 15 to 20 minutes.

For the cocktail: Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake and strain over clean ice.

Garnish with a grilled lemon, mint sprig and edible flowers. This cocktail can be batched into a pitcher as well. Enjoy!
