Clearing Notifications

Clear Notifications is a useful controller function that clears non-critical notifications. You may want to use this if you find the controller is stuck on a notification like, "Clean grill."

  1. On the grill controller, go to Menu > Settings > Clear Notifications.
  2. If clearing the notifications does not work, please power cycle the grill.
    1. Turn off and unplug the grill.
    2. Wait 15 seconds.
    3. Plug in and turn on grill.

Turning Off Notifications

  1. While on the app homepage, tap the profile banner at the top of the screen.
  2. Scroll down until you see "Notifications"
  3. Tap the orange dot to turn off app notifications.
