1/4 Cup | dark brown sugar |
1/4 Cup | bourbon |
1 Teaspoon | vanilla extract |
1/2 Teaspoon | cinnamon |
1/2 Teaspoon | kosher salt |

When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 325°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

Butter a baking dish. Peel and core the pears. Arrange the pears in the baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, bourbon, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Pour the bourbon mixture over the pears.

1/2 Teaspoon kosher salt

Place the baking dish on the grill grates. Close the lid and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the pears are fork-tender.

Remove the baking dish from the grill. Transfer to a serving plate and spoon the caramelized bourbon mixture over the pears. Serve warm, topped with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
