3 D'Anjou pears, or another firm variety of pear
2 Tablespoon melted butter, plus more for greasing
1/4 Cup dark brown sugar
1/4 Cup bourbon
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon kosher salt
vanilla ice cream, for serving

    When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 325°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

    Butter a baking dish. Peel and core the pears. Arrange the pears in the baking dish.

    • 3  D'Anjou pears, or another firm variety of pear

    • 2 Tablespoon melted butter, plus more for greasing

    In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, bourbon, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Pour the bourbon mixture over the pears.

    • 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon

    • 1/2 Teaspoon kosher salt

    Place the baking dish on the grill grates. Close the lid and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the pears are fork-tender.

    Remove the baking dish from the grill. Transfer to a serving plate and spoon the caramelized bourbon mixture over the pears. Serve warm, topped with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
