4 Clove garlic, chopped
1 As Needed coarse salt
4 Tablespoon butter, melted
2 To Taste salt and pepper
1 Whole baguette, halved crosswise, then lengthwise

    When ready to cook, start the Traeger on Smoke until a fire is established (4-5 minutes). Set temperature to 350 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Make garlic paste: Coarsely chop garlic, and gather into a pile. Sprinkle generously with coarse salt.

    Ingredients
    • 4 Clove garlic, chopped

    • 1 As Needed coarse salt

    • 4 Tablespoon butter, melted

    • 1 To Taste salt and pepper

    Combine garlic paste, butter, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Cut baguette in half crosswise and then lengthwise.

    Ingredients
    • 1 Whole baguette, halved crosswise, then lengthwise

    • 1 To Taste salt and pepper

    Brush butter mixture on cut sides of bread. Place on the grill, and bake until heated through and crispy, about 12 minutes. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
