|6 Pieces||(8 oz) elk tenderloin fillets|
|2 Teaspoon||garlic, crushed|
|1 Teaspoon||Black pepper|
|1 Teaspoon||smoked paprika|
Combine all the ingredients together and rub on the tenderloins. Let the tenderloins marinate 10 to 15 minutes.
6 Pieces (8 oz) elk tenderloin fillets
2 Teaspoon garlic, crushed
1 Teaspoon onion
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Black pepper
1 Teaspoon smoked paprika
When ready to cook, set temperature to High and preheat for 15 minutes. Place the tenderloins on the grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium rare.
450 ˚F / 232 ˚C
Let the meat rest for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy! *Cook times will vary depending on set and ambient temperatures.
