We are head over heels for grilled seasonal fruit and you will be too. This recipe is as simple as it is scrumptious. All you need is fruit, honey and your Traeger to go next-level status on dessert tonight.

  • 3 Tablespoon turbinado sugar

  • 1/4 Cup honey

  • 2 Whole seasonal fruits, such as apricots, peaches, or plums

  • Gelato of choice, for serving

    When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 450°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

    Slice each piece of fruit in half and remove the pit. Brush the cut sides with honey and sprinkle with sugar.

    • 3 Tablespoon turbinado sugar

    • 1/4 Cup honey

    • 2 Whole seasonal fruits, such as apricots, peaches, or plums

    Place the fruit directly on the grill grates, cut-side down. Close the lid and cook until grill marks appear.

    Remove the fruit from the grill and serve with gelato and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
