  • 6 Whole Kobe beef hamburger patties

  • Traeger Prime Rib Rub

  • 6 hamburger buns

  • Burger toppings, as desired

    When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature 450°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

    Season the burgers on both sides with Traeger Prime Rib Rub.

    Insert the probe horizontally into the center of a burger patty. Place the burgers directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes, then flip, and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 150°F.

    During the last minute of cooking, add the burger buns, cut-side down, directly on the grill grates to toast.

    Remove the burgers and buns from the grill. and build the burgers with toppings as desired. Enjoy!
