  • Step 1

    When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes).

  • Step 2

    Set the temperature to 375 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

    • 1 To Taste Traeger Big Game Rub

  • Step 4

    Rub the pork loin with the Big Game Rub. Place the pork loin on the grill and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees F. This should take 45 to 70 minutes depending on size of roast.
