Tis' the season for all things pumpkin. Pour some cold weather flavor in a glass with this perfect mashup of pumpkin ale, apple brandy, smoked simple syrup, and a touch of tangy citrus.

6 Ounce | Dogfish Head Punkin Ale |
1 Ounce | Laird’s Straight Apple Brandy |
1/2 Ounce | smoked simple syrup (homemade or store-bought) |
1/2 Ounce | lemon juice |
1/2 Ounce | orange juice |
Step 1
When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 500° and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

Step 2
For the grilled oranges: Place orange wheels directly on the grill grate and cook 20-30 minutes, or until the fruit begins to caramelize. Remove from grill and let cool.

Step 3
Combine all ingredients in a chilled collins glass. Garnish with half a grilled orange wheel studded with three cloves. Enjoy!
