Maipole Cocktail

Add a citrus twist to your pale ale. This cocktail combines Maibock, club soda, fresh grapefruit juice and Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup for the perfect springtime sip.

Ingredients
main
| 3 Ounce | Maibock or IPA |
| 3 Ounce | club soda |
| 3/4 Ounce | grapefruit juice |
| 1/2 Ounce | smoked simple syrup (homemade or store-bought) |
| 1 | slice grapefruit, halved |
| As Needed | Jacobsen Salt Co. Cherrywood Smoked Salt |

Step 1
Combine all ingredients into a chilled pilsner glass and fill with ice.

3/4 Ounce grapefruit juice
1/2 Ounce smoked simple syrup (homemade or store-bought)
Step 2
Garnish with half grapefruit wheel dusted with cherry wood smoked salt. Enjoy!
