Maipole Cocktail

Add a citrus twist to your pale ale. This cocktail combines Maibock, club soda, fresh grapefruit juice and Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup for the perfect springtime sip.

- 3 Ounce
- Maibock or IPA
- 3 Ounce
- club soda
- 3/4 Ounce
- grapefruit juice
- 1/2 Ounce
- smoked simple syrup (homemade or store-bought)
- 1
- slice grapefruit, halved
- As Needed
- Jacobsen Salt Co. Cherrywood Smoked Salt

Step 1
Combine all ingredients into a chilled pilsner glass and fill with ice.

3/4 Ounce grapefruit juice
1/2 Ounce smoked simple syrup (homemade or store-bought)
Step 2
Garnish with half grapefruit wheel dusted with cherry wood smoked salt. Enjoy!
