  • 2 Tablespoon Traeger Beef Rub

  • 16 Ounce sour cream

  • 1 1/2 Cup Traeger Smoked Guacamole

  • 1 Cup Smoked Pico de Gallo

  • 1 Cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

  • 1 Can black olives, sliced and drained

  • 1/2 Cup green onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 Whole plum tomatoes, diced

  • 1 tortilla chips

    In a small bowl, add the refried beans and season with Traeger Beef Rub. Mix well to combine. In the bottom of a glass baking dish, spread the seasoned bean mixture into an even layer.

    Top the beans evenly with sour cream, a layer of Traeger Smoked Guacamole, followed by a layer of Traeger Smoked Pico de Gallo.

    Sprinkle the cheese over the layer of Traeger Smoked Pico de Gallo and finish with sliced olives, green onions, and tomatoes.
