Smoked guac and smoked pico atop a bed of refried beans. Who said 7-layer dip has to be boring.

|1||(16 oz) can refried beans|
|2 Tablespoon||Traeger Beef Rub|
|1||(16 oz) container sour cream|
|1 1/2 Cup||Traeger Smoked Guacamole|
|1 Cup||Traeger Smoked Pico de Gallo|
|1 Cup||shredded Mexican blend cheese|
|1||(6.5 oz) can sliced olives, drained|
|1/2 Cup||sliced green onions|
|2||plum tomatoes, diced|
|Tortilla chips, for serving|
In a small bowl, add the refried beans and season with Traeger Beef Rub. Mix well to combine. In the bottom of a glass baking dish, spread the seasoned bean mixture into an even layer.
1 (16 oz) can refried beans
2 Tablespoon Traeger Beef Rub
Top the beans evenly with sour cream, a layer of Traeger Smoked Guacamole, followed by a layer of Traeger Smoked Pico de Gallo.

1 1/2 Cup Traeger Smoked Guacamole
1 Cup Traeger Smoked Pico de Gallo
Sprinkle the cheese over the layer of Traeger Smoked Pico de Gallo, and finish with sliced olives, green onions, and tomatoes.
1 Cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
1 (6.5 oz) can sliced olives, drained
1/2 Cup sliced green onions
2 plum tomatoes, diced
Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
