Smoked guac and smoked pico atop a bed of refried beans. Who said 7-layer dip has to be boring.

2 Tablespoon | Traeger Beef Rub |
1 | (16 oz) container sour cream |
1 1/2 Cup | Traeger Smoked Guacamole |
1 Cup | Traeger Smoked Pico de Gallo |
1 Cup | shredded Mexican blend cheese |
1 | (6.5 oz) can sliced olives, drained |
1/2 Cup | sliced green onions |
2 | plum tomatoes, diced |

In a small bowl, add the refried beans and season with Traeger Beef Rub. Mix well to combine. In the bottom of a glass baking dish, spread the seasoned bean mixture into an even layer.

Top the beans evenly with sour cream, a layer of Traeger Smoked Guacamole, followed by a layer of Traeger Smoked Pico de Gallo.

Sprinkle the cheese over the layer of Traeger Smoked Pico de Gallo, and finish with sliced olives, green onions, and tomatoes.
