This burger is STOUT. We're "Dublin" the flavor with this juicy burger. These beef patties are mixed with Guinness beer, smoked, smothered with melty cheese and topped with all the fixin's.

2 Pound ground chuck, 80% lean
1/2 Cup Guinness Extra Stout
4 Teaspoon kosher salt
4 Teaspoon coarse ground black pepper, divided
4 Slices pepper jack cheese
lettuce, sliced
Tomatoes, sliced
sliced pickles, for serving
red onion, sliced

    Mix the ground chuck and the beer and shape into four patties.

    • 1/2 Cup Guinness Extra Stout

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper generously over both sides of the patties.

    • 4 Teaspoon coarse ground black pepper, divided

    When ready to cook, set temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

    For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.

    Place burgers directly on the grill grate and smoke for 15 minutes.

    Turn the grill temperature up to 450℉ and cook the burgers for 7 minutes.

    Flip the burgers and place the cheese on the patties.

    • 4 Slices pepper jack cheese

    Continue to cook until the internal temperature reaches 160℉.
