24 Whole limes to yield 1-1/2 cups juice
1 Cup turbinado sugar
6 Cup silver tequila
3 Cup Cointreau
1 1/2 Cup Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup, plus more to taste
1 Cup Traeger Bloody Mary Cocktail Salt
24 lime wedges, slit in center

Steps

    When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 500℉ and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

    Cut limes in half, dip into turbinado sugar, and place on preheated grill flesh side down.

    • 24 Whole limes to yield 1-1/2 cups juice

    • 1 Cup turbinado sugar

    Grill for 5 minutes or until you get some char. Remove limes from the grill and juice them.

    Add lime juice, tequila, Cointreau, and Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup to a pitcher. Stir to combine.

    • 3 Cup Cointreau

    • 1 1/2 Cup Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup, plus more to taste

    Place Traeger Bloody Mary Cocktail Salt in a low-sided dish just big enough to fit the rim of the glass.

    Ingredients
    • 1 Cup Traeger Bloody Mary Cocktail Salt

    Run a lime around each glass rim, dip the rim into the salt and fill the glass with ice.

    Pour in premixed margarita mixture and garnish with lime wedge. Enjoy!
