1 (20 oz) boneless strip steak or rib steak, butterflied into heart shape
2 Teaspoon Jacobsen Salt Co. Pure Kosher Sea Salt
2 Teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
2 Tablespoon finely chopped raw dark chocolate
1/2 Tablespoon Olive oil

    Draw a large heart on a piece of cardboard, shaped to the size of meat selected. Cut out a cardboard heart shape, then trim meat into a heart shape.

    Ingredients
    • 1  (20 oz) boneless strip steak or rib steak, butterflied into heart shape

    Combine all ingredients on the cut steak.

    • 2 Teaspoon Jacobsen Salt Co. Pure Kosher Sea Salt

    • 2 Teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

    • 2 Tablespoon finely chopped raw dark chocolate

    • 1/2 Tablespoon Olive oil

    When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 500°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

    Grill steak for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until you’ve reached desired doneness. Remove from grill. Let rest for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
