Timothy Hollingsworth is based out of Los Angeles. He cut his chops as chef de cuisine at The French Laundry in Napa Valley. In 2014, Chef Timothy opened his first restaurant, Barrel and Ashes. Today he owns Otium, where he has fused the elegance of fine dining with rustic simplicity. He’s won numerous awards including the Rising Star Chef of the Year Award.
