Toast a hearty oat and nut blend on the Traeger to make a granola bar worth getting up for in the morning.

2 1/2 Cup | rolled oats |
1/4 Cup | Coconut |
1/2 Cup | Almonds, chopped |
1/4 Cup | dried sweetened cranberries |
1/4 Cup | Apricots, dried |
1/4 Cup | Unsalted Butter, for greasing |
1/3 Cup | honey |
1/4 Cup | dark brown sugar |
1 Teaspoon | vanilla extract |
1 Teaspoon | Chia Seeds |
1 Teaspoon | kosher salt |

When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill and set the temperature to 350 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Line the bottom of a cooking pan with parchment paper; lightly spray the parchment paper with cooking spray.

On a separate baking sheet, combine oats, coconut and almond. Cook in the Traeger for 7 to 10 minutes, until lightly toasted. Transfer to a large bowl and add cranberries and dry apricots.

Combine butter, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, chia and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook until sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly.

1/4 Cup dark brown sugar
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds
1 Teaspoon kosher salt

Pour butter mixture over toasted nuts and dry fruit, mix lightly and let cool for 10 minutes.

Transfer to a prepared baking pan, using a rubber spatula. Press mixture firmly into the pan, until mixture is in a uniform layer.

Transfer the entire pan to the refrigerator and chill for 2 hours.

After the granola has cooled completely, lift out of the pan and cut into bars. Enjoy!
