Your classic handheld snack, given a smoky twist. This smoked and seasoned nut, candied fruit and chocolate mix is all you need to keep you going when you need a pick me up.

Ingredients

- 2 Cup
- raw walnuts
- 1 Cup
- cashews
- 1 Teaspoon
- clarified butter
- 1 Tablespoon
- 1 Teaspoon
- kosher salt
- 1/3 Cup
- candied orange peel
- 1/2 Cup
- chopped dried apricots
- 1 Cup
- M&M'S

Step 1
When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 225℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Step 2
In a bowl add nuts, 1 teaspoon of melted butter and Traeger Rub. Toss to mix well.

2 Cup raw walnuts
1 Cup cashews
1 Teaspoon clarified butter
1 Tablespoon Traeger Rub
Step 3
Spread nuts in a tray large enough to fit all nuts in a single layer. Place pan on Traeger to smoke for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Take off grill and immediately sprinkle 1 teaspoon kosher salt.

After nuts are cool enough mix it with apricot, M&M’s and orange peel. Enjoy!
