Sergio’s passion for food began at a young age, working in two New Mexican restaurants owned by his mother while growing up. He purchased his first Traeger in 2016, which ignited a new love for BBQ, and eventually led to starting his own catering business. Aside from the incredible food, Sergio’s favorite part of Traeger is the community and friendships he’s formed over the years through his Instagram account @TraegerDaddy.
