Enjoy a sweet sip of summer. Smoked lemon & honey rosemary syrup, lime, cucumber and vodka make for a sweet and earthy refresher.

  • 4 lemons, zested

  • 4 Sprig rosemary, plus more for garnish

  • 1/2 Cup water

  • 4 Slices cucumber

  • 1 1/2 Ounce lime juice

  • 3 Ounce vodka

    When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 180 °F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavour, use Super Smoke if available.

    To make the smoked lemon and rosemary honey syrup, thin 1 cup honey by adding 1/4 cup water to a shallow pan. Add lemon zest and 2 sprigs rosemary.

    • 4 lemons, zested

    • 1/2 Cup water

    Place the pan directly on the grill grate and smoke 45 minutes to an hour. Remove from heat, strain and cool.

    In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumbers and 1oz of the smoked lemon and rosemary honey syrup.

    After muddling, add lime juice, vodka, and ice. Shake and double strain into a coup glass.

    Garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy!
