Your guests will go wild over this sweet, salty, and crispy treat, so make plenty. Leftovers are great on salads or just eaten as a snack.

|1 Pound||bacon strips, cold|
|1/2 Cup||pure maple syrup, warmed|
|1/2 Cup||brown sugar, plus more as needed|
When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 300℉ and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.

Lay the bacon strips in a single layer on the wire rack.
1 Pound bacon strips, cold
Using a pastry brush, brush each strip of bacon on both sides with the warm maple syrup, then sprinkle both sides evenly with the brown sugar.
1/2 Cup pure maple syrup, warmed
1/2 Cup brown sugar, plus more as needed
Place the baking sheet on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook, flipping the bacon occasionally, until it browns and crisps, 60-75 minutes.
Remove the bacon from the grill and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
