Cool down your hot summer nights with this refreshing recipe. Smoked ice meets fresh mint, lime juice and rum for an icy cocktail you won't be able to put down.

  • 1 Cup white rum

  • 1/2 Cup fresh squeezed lime juice

  • 1/4 Cup Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup

  • 12 fresh mint leaves

  • 4 Sprig fresh mint, for garnish

  • 4 Whole lime wedges, for serving

    When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.

    For smoked ice: Pour 3 cups of water into a metal high sided pan. Place pan on grill and smoke water for 30 minutes.

    Remove water from grill and pour smoked water into ice cube trays. Place in freezer until frozen.

    Add rum, lime juice, Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup, mint leaves and smoked ice to blender.

    • 1 Cup white rum

    • 1/2 Cup fresh squeezed lime juice

    • 1/4 Cup Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup

    • 12 fresh mint leaves

    Blend until a slushy consistency and pour into glasses.

    Garnish each with a mint sprig and lime wedge. Enjoy!
