Units of Measurement:
2 Slices Texas toast
1 Tablespoon unsalted butter, room temperature

4 Ounce cooked brisket

When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 500˚F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

Place a skillet or griddle directly on the grill grates with the flat side up to preheat.

Remove the sandwich from the grill and slice in half. Enjoy!
